Our Account Information page allows you to activate or deactivate your account. Click on “Activate/Deactivate Account.” If you choose to deactivate your account, you are still allowed to cherry pick your leads, however, you will not receive any automated leads.

Our My Criteria page allows you to update your personal information and preferences. Click on “Delivery Options” to update the address your leads are sent to. You can also insert additional addresses by placing a comma (no spaces) between the first and second address, second and third address, etc. To change the format of the leads, you can select either a PDF or an Excel file, and then hit “Submit.”

By going to the My Leads page, you can search either by the date you received your leads or by the filters that defined them. When the search is complete, the matching leads will be found at the bottom of the page. To have the select leads forwarded to your e-mail Inbox, enter your address in the “Export result as…” box, select the format, and hit “Send.” Another copy of your leads will be sent to you promptly.

Cherry pick your leads by clicking on “Cherry Picker.” Browse and pick directly from the listed leads, or, to find leads that meet your specific criteria, go to “Use My Basic Criteria.” To purchase a desired lead, check the box in the “Add Lead to Cart” column. When you are finished picking leads, click on “Click here to checkout” to complete your order. After your purchase is confirmed, your leads will be e-mailed to you. Note: You must have funds in your account to cherry pick leads. If you would like to add funds to your account, contact your Juicy Leads Business Development Representative at 1-888-444-9995.

Go to “ Lead Returns.” Select the lead you would like to return by checking the box next to it. Then, select a reason from the drop-down box and hit “Submit.” The request will be sent to a Juicy Leads administrator who will notify you via e-mail regarding the result of your dispute.
